Job description
We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team primarily as a cleaning person. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. The cleaning person is responsible for cleaning and sanitizing apartments and houses, the main office space, office bathrooms, and kitchen and public areas.

Responsibilities
* Receive written work orders and materials and follow through on listed needs.
* Alert management to any usual issues, or items that in the staff person's judgment warrant extra attention.
* Perform simple inspections of cleanliness and obvious maintenance issues.
* Generate simple estimates of needed time and materials for cleaning.
* Perform general clean up as directed.
* Complete non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders.
* Perform routine office clean up and upkeep, generally by work order..
* Handle emergency cleaning and upkeep requests.
* Manage cleaning and supplies, place requests for needed products with other staff and reorder inventory that may have been disturbed by other staff.
* Handle minor maintenance issues such as replacing broken switch plates, replacing burner trays on a stove, replacing burnt out light bulbs, replacing batteries in a smoke detector or thermostat.
* Photo document conditions and completed work.
* Collaborate with other staff to improve the presentability of units.
* Use basic apps to record information, attractively photograph, and generate floor plans.

Cleaning of apartments and the office can include:
* Remove and inventory abandoned items in accordance with a provided procedure.
* Gather debris.
* Service, clean, and supply restrooms.
* Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, in order to prevent damage to floors and fixtures.
* Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created.
* Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
* Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
* Vacuum hardwood floors and carpet.
* Sweep up debris.
* Clean toilets with toilet brush and chemicals.
* Wash, fold, and stock towels.
* Scrub stains, mold, and mildew from surfaces.
* Empty wastebaskets and take out trash.
* Wash dishes and put dishes away in cupboards.
* Clean upholstered furniture and drapes.
* Dust tables, wood surfaces, and shelves.
* Clean and dust window treatments.
* Wipe down and deep clean appliances..
* Mop, polish, and wax floors.
* Replace burned out light bulbs.
* Wash baseboards, walls, and ceilings.
* Sweep driveways and walkways and garage floors.
* Disinfect equipment and supplies.
* Install holiday decorations.
* Clean and vacuum maintenance debris such as sawdust.
This position is very much a part-time position that will increase in hours as the season and business increases.

Priority Maintenance and Management is a team who manage numerous properties in and around the Butte, Silver Bow area. The maintenance department is responsible for all maintenance and general upkeep of each property.
We are looking for two additional employees to fill our team as we are expanding. Below you will find an overview of the responsibilities, required and preferred qualifications for the position.

Job Responsibilities
As part of the maintenance team you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining rental properties. As the majority of the units are rented you will have direct contact with tenants in their homes. At times we will be working for customers outside of our management contracts and could include a range of job types and tasks that may include remodeling.
There are a wide variety of duties that can include but are not limited to:

The Business Development Manager (BDM) at PMM is responsible for making great first impressions with potential clients. All new leads and referrals will be introduced to the BDM so that they can ensure that they are a good fit for the company, and to communicate the unique capabilities and outcomes that Priority delivers.
